Fourth day start!
I know, I sleep in so late! But I think being a new nurse and working the evening shift…sleeping comes with the territory! But it’s ok, I’ve adjusted guite nicely and am so much less stressed!

Right now I’m having the Triple Beery Smoothie. I added a few extra ice cubes  to make it more smoothie like —haha. So good! It tastes like a treat rather than a meal and I love it!

Start my countdown: two hours until the next meal. ✌️

I gave in and weighed myself a few days early…but in my first week, I think it’s ok to be anxious to see if anything is happening! 

Starting weight: 195
Current weight: 188.8
Down: 6.2 
Goal weight: 160

I’m motivated!!! 💋 I don’t want to jinx myself, but I hope this continues on a steady pace :) I have all the time.
